Caroline Williams

Caroline Williams is the Director of Talent Development and Recruitment at Three Ships Media. She recruits and trains new sailors joining our crew. In addition to her role in talent development, Caroline also serves as an Account Manager, coordinating internal content generation and oversees all external outreach and PR on behalf of her clients.

Background

Prior to joining Three Ships Media as employee #1, Caroline focused on marketing and major donor outreach for both national and statewide clients across the country with Benedetti and Farris, LLC in Richmond, VA. At B&F, her client accounts included Friends of Bobby Jindal, Rudy Giuliani Presidential Committee, Schwarzenegger for Governor, and the Consumer Electronics Association.

Education

Caroline graduated with a B.A. in Political Science and Sociology from Randolph-Macon College where she was president of the student body.
