Three Ships Media featured in Triangle Business Journal

Three Ships Media founder and CEO Zach Clayton was recently featured in the  Triangle Business Journal, a Triangle-area business publication highlighting top business and marketing news.

Clayton spoke to the TBJ about the logic behind the Three Ships Media business model, noting that social media marketing is rooted in traditional marketing strategies like delivering content to your intended audience and building brand awareness.

“The difference is that word of mouth scales in a way it never has before,” he says.

Clayton initially saw a gap between the way customers spent their time and the way companies spent money trying to reach these audiences. As more consumers begin using social networking tools, companies will need to utilize these platforms in their marketing strategies.
