Emerging Media Research Council
The Emerging Media Research Council is a digital media think tank. We gather information on digital marketing, analyze it, and report it to our clients. Our clients use our information and guidance to substantially improve their marketing effectiveness. The Council staff focus in three distinct areas:
Technology & Analytics
The Technology & Analytics team provides business intelligence on digital media performance to the clients of the EMRC. The group is responsible for the creation and delivery of the EMRC’s Executive Dashboard, Management Report and other customized tools, such as website heatmapping.
Best Practice Research
The Research team focuses on identifying the best practices of organizations with world-class digital communications teams. Working through our network of experts, EMRC members and research partners, we highlight the leaders who are building audiences via digital media.
The Consulting Services team ensures that members can access the EMRC’s insight across any channel, at any time. The team provides events, workshops and consultations to member clients. Additionally, for Jefferson members, the EMRC offers on-site presentations that directly connect our clients to the EMRC’s analysts and insight.
