For this week’s Friday FaceOff, we decided to tackle one of the main questions we’ve been getting from customers lately.  While they realize that customers increasingly are using emerging media to research purchsing decisions, they don’t always understand the specific benefits and uses of each platform.

We wanted to address some of those gray areas by laying out use cases for the four main platforms we use to drive awareness and engagement for our clients and the benefits we feel they add.
