Director of Client Services

The Director of Client Services will ensure service delivery to existing members, conduct renewal interactions, and seek opportunities for additional sales opportunities within existing accounts or through referrals to new accounts. The Director will conduct their primary responsibilities through consistent and meaningful live and phone-based conversations with all clients and will be managing multiple projects concurrently, maintaining project schedules, and ensuring client deliverables in a dynamic environment.  In addition, the Director may also be assigned special projects in other areas of the organization, including research and product innovation.

  •  Cultivating and nurturing strong working relationships with clients
  •  Seek sales opportunities within existing accounts
  •  Diagnose client needs and identify relevant resources

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in account management or client services with senior-level contacts (applicants with sales experience will also be considered).
  • Superior written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong organization, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Ability to quickly master substance of research and product offering.
  • Ability to diagnose client needs and identify relevant resources.
  • Self-starter with hearty work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional performance in undergraduate academics or graduate studies.
  • Passionate, hard-working individual excited to contribute to the team and help us build our organization.
