Leadership Development Program

We’re looking for a select cohort of four analysts to join our inaugural, two-year Leadership Development Program. The Program will give you the unique opportunity to rotate through our marketing, business development, and operations business units, developing a broad set of skills critical in building a business and receiving unparalleled exposure to the development of business strategy. In each rotation, you’ll be working closely with our leadership team across the business. The only thing we ask for in return is an analytical approach to problem solving and an unrelenting desire to squash the status quo.

 

If you’re looking for a 9am – 5pm desk job, this is not the place for you. We’re working hard to develop a leading position in a rapidly advancing industry and are looking for Analysts with enthusiasm, energy, and a passion for building a young company from the ground up. Analysts completing the LDP program will be positioned to take on a management role within TSM or chart their own course to other career opportunities.
